Expert Home Solutions, Inc. dba Expert Home Auctions International EHAI began as an idea in mid 2006 when Mary Ellen Wilson was marketing to FSBOs to prequalify their buyers for loans. In the process she came across an auctioneer and thought he would need her services prequalifying buyers. He wanted to use her, but he had arrangements with a family friend and could not change his service. Mary Ellen knew there would be another auctioneer out there she could work with and had her assistant look on the net. She started working with a PAX franchisee, did a real estate auction with them, but then the bottom fell out of the market. In 2008, Mary Ellen partnered started doing online real estate auctions. She owned an internet company from 1995 to 2001 called Emediapartners, Inc. She designed and built websites with html and managed customers. Her programmer built websites, shopping carts. Together they put live radio on the internet in 1998, put an internet only live radio show on the net, and produced a live children's radio show with an interactive website. She learned a lot about marketing on the internet which she brought to Expert Home Auctions, EHAI. In May of 2009 EHAI was launched and together with using other auction site prior to then, has done about 40 auctions. In addition Mary Ellen developed a turn-key program for realtors to increase their income and sell their properties while affording them more time to acquire more business. She developed training programs for agents and auctioneers. With the soon to be refurbished website, the company is poised to explode on the online auction scene. We have turnkey systems for short sales starting with Preforeclosure Coaching through relieving the stress of seeing buyers through the online auction. For realtors, this means a marketing department to do all the advertising to a customer service department that calls everyone interested in the property and records all contact information. We capture more buyers, agents, sellers and more of their information than any other real estate sales program.
