STEPS TO A WINNING BID ON THIS PROPERTY:

Bid anytime. See instructions to be prequalified for a loan. When bidding place the minimum bid until you become the high bidder. The computer will bid for the person with the highest maximum bid. Once you are the highest bidder, you can put in your maximum bid. If you put in a maximum bid and it is higher than the current maximum bid, the computer will jump to your high bid.

For example: If the current bid is $5000 and A (the current high bidder) has a maximum bid of $7000. If you bid $8000, the computer will jump to $8000 and make you the highest bidder, but if you bid incrementally, $6000, then $7000, then $8000 and become the highest bidder, you can put in $50,000 and no one will see your maximum bid and the computer will bid $1000 for you until $51,000 is reached.

STEP 5:
Visit and inspect the property during one of the Auction Preview times.

Fax in your prequal letter to 760-888-0401 or go to www.experthomeauctionsintl.com , click on mortgage and apply for a prequal.

STEP 7:

On the last day of the auction you are protected with sniper control. If anyone bids in the last 3 minutes of the auction, the computer adds 7 minutes to the auction. This protects you from computer programs designed to steal auctions in the last second. So plan to be there for possibly longer than the final hour of the auction. Happy Bidding!

When you are the winning bidder we will contact you with a Purchase Agreement, Bidder’s Packet Receipt and Buyer’s Auction Fee Agreement.
